I returned to the front company in Eikrise with Shennu and Wolfboy in tow, coming to join the Psyops as we gathered more divines to the cause. The company was up and running swimmingly, and I met Hale in his office after teleporting myself and my companions there. It seems he had hired more workers and receiving shipments of metal for his designs.
Hale told me we needed income and talked about perhaps pursuing new contracts with the Heer as a source of income. He was also open to any bids I might have for extra income as well.
He was surprised though to see Shennu, and greeted her and Wolfboy warmly as he welcomed them to the team. It was then that he brokered the news to me that apparently, we had over one hundred potential new recruits in this months time that he spent going out of his way to bolster our ranks. He claims to have made contact with various rebel cells and fronts from the Woldorian borders and Shengesian mainland to draw from. It worked, as many are taken with the idea of the Psyops.
[HALE] "You'll like what I've done with the place in the meantime."
[HALE] "Old friend of mine, Charles Huxton, retired foreman. Still had plenty of construction expertise and men to hire out in a little outsourcing, but now I've got him on board as well. He had experience with military installations, and refurbishing the bunker into a proper, modernized installation took some work but he was able to do it. I've not gone ahead and made the decision to put him in charge of our Bunker Department however, that choice I will leave to you."
[HALE] "We also have another two persons I feel would be worth interviewing for the last two departments. I know of this old Woldorian General who was dishonorably discharged, that may be sympathetic to our cause, and a scientist who goes simply by the moniker 'Amazing' who would fit right in with our R&D Department. Colorful figures, I assure you. We could start on interviewing them as soon as you'd like."
Hale lead me and my companions downstairs through the secret passageway again. And it was there I was met with a staggering sight of a bunker of concrete now turned into my perfect steel fortress.
[WOLFBOY] "Th-This is all down here...?!"
[SHENNU] "The Goddess of the Mind has this many resources... Impressive..."
