Your footsteps echo throughout the empty lobby. You stop in front of the seemingly featureless wall where you saw the cabling lead to. It's oddly clean?
[PERSON OF INTEREST] That's where they fucked up. It's too clean compared to the rest of the lobby. Stands out. Someone was here recently. You just need to figure out how to open it.
You levitate up a piece of rotting wood to use as...a stick. Hey, having powers doesn't mean you're creative all the time. It doesn't take long for you to press down on some sort of switch hidden in the wall. You move out of the way in case there's any boobytraps.
The section of wall in front of you slides ever so slightly to the side, barely enough for you to squeeze through. You take in a deep breath before squeezing your way past the narrow gap in the wall. It slides close behind you once you do so.
[PERSON OF INTEREST] If done fast enough, you could enter and exit this room without anyone noticing. Quaint.
The room you find yourself in is small. Meant moreso for a single practical function than any comfort. There's a large sprawl of screens covering the back wall of the room, with a small chair placed a few feet away. A small generator rests inside a small hole on the left wall. That's about all that's here.
[SEEKER OF THE CITY] It's barely visible but you can make out a serial number on one of the screens. "K-E-KRA". You remember K-Corp being a security company...
The hell does E-Corp want to do here, though? Or, to be more specific, who is buying from them? From what you've pieced together, you somehow doubt it's a corporation trying to ruin a rival company's district. It's clearly someone with a lot of money, though...
You take a seat to examine the various screens. They're all over the place, going from the lobby your party was at, to the dressing rooms, to the managerial rooms, to the backstage, everywhere. The quality is super fuzzy black and white so you can't really make out much from here aside from your allies searching through their rooms. This system is OLD, probably at least fifty years out of date.
Maruyama seems oddly tense about a piece of paperwork he's reading while Kiara is taking a LOT of pictures of the dressing rooms. Probably found something juicy to appease Gregory later.
Though, you make out an odd shape on the amphitheater. It's damn near impossible to make out through this shitty screen but it's...<span class="mu-r">clearly not human.</span> It's vaguely humanoid but otherwise, you're pretty sure humans don't have spines that bend like that.
It's dragging itself through the front stage, looking for SOMETHING.
You pull out your drone out and, after fiddling for a way to open the hidden door from this side, you sent it flying through the air. It zooms over to the staircase and up into the amphitheater. You try your best to hide it from whatever is up there.
