>>6130363For a moment you consider teleporting over to them, but then another idea comes to mind. Looking out over the sea, you suddenly think of another way to train the kids. So, with a smirk reactivate your scouter, calling to Orlen.
“Hey, Orlen. Go ahead and open it back up.” you tell him, a moment later the ramp dropping. You turn and walk inside, making your way back to him. Seeing him still in the helmsman's seat, studying the datapad King Vegeta had given you. “Mind watching my Scouter for me?”
“Of course. But, why?” he asks you, looking confused. To which you smirk, pointing over your shoulder with a thumb.
“Going to swim over to Raven's place, I don't think it'll make it.” you tell him. “If anyone calls me, mind giving me a thought?”
“Will do, Karn. This plan, you said it came from King Vegeta, right?” he asks, turning back to the datapad. “This layout is far more efficient than the main city, more than any PTO city I've ever heard of. If this works, it may redefine city planning.”
“I'm sure he'd be happy to hear you say this.” you reply, patting him on the shoulder before turning to head out. Making your way outside, you stretch in the late evening dimming light, turning to the sea. Reaching out with your ki sense, you find your children, readying yourself to swim to them. “Alright. Let's go.”
Taking a couple steps to build into a run you leap into the air, diving into the sea with a splash. Kicking your legs you then burst back up into the air, taking a breath you start swinging your arms. Swimming through the sea is refreshing after the fight with the Hydae, saltwater refreshing as you swim at full speed towards your family. You feel the minutes tick past as you swim closer and closer, feeling your family getting nearer and nearer. After perhaps five minutes you seeit through the waves, the submerged ancient warship the former Guardian had landed on this planet in. Seeing this you redouble your efforts, pushing yourself as you swim up the front of the ship. Swimming with all you've got you get to the sand of the beach, standing up in the shallows.
“DAD!”
“DADDY!”
