Her transformation appears complete, but hurried. Her skin appears split in places, and thick, heavy-duty chains are wrapped all around her, preventing her from moving easily. She is forced to the ground by them, and her pale gray scales look monstrously unhealthy. You still see the vague remnants of her arms in her new wings, which look more as though they have been pulled and twisted into shape, before the membrane was forcefully cultivated. Thick boils can be seen where the membrane connects to what were once finger bones. Her maw is bloodied, and you can tell her teeth have not finished forming, giving her a misshapen maw.
The spines along her back look more as if they were forcefully jammed into her back, compared to anything natural, and her tail... despite the size, and the seemingly finished shape, it carries no scales.
Her hind legs, worst of all, are still almost entirely human, only her heels having stretched to the point of splitting skin.
For all the horrors you've seen in your life, this still made you pause.
Then, she looks towards you, her gray eyes still unchanged, and you see a moment of recognition before she looks to the side... and you see Ogg.
She already has a bright blue shield around her, buzzing with magical energies, and she looks...
Scared, oddly. Even sad.
It's hard to tell past her misshapen head, a mix between the maw of a dragon and the face of a human. Mighty wings on her back, but her form is limited to the wheelchair.
"You followed me, then. My followers are dying outside, I assume?"
Guessing from the repeating gunshots, they're being kept out. You don't have much time.
"Why do you do this? I wish to create a new world, where the worthy may finally rule! The meek will be smaller, easier to please, HAPPIER! I need only to reach the top of the Sierra to change the curse!"
Before you can answer, Paracelsus demands something of her:
"Do you seek to turn it into a disease!? A virus, more like? There isn't enough magic in the world to turn everybody, but making it contagious is your next best thing, isn't it? That's why you needed your retinue!"
Ogg blinks... And wheels herself forward, with some difficulty. Her injuries prevent her from doing much.
"You've learned much, in a short amount of time. You enjoy this. Why do you want to stop this?" She asks, almost desperate for an answer.
The Grey Dragon moves to bite her, but just a gesture from Ogg was enough to turn the Grey Dragon's eyes a bright blue, and she stops moving entirely.
Paracelsus' answer is quick and to the point:
"I appreciate bodily autonomy. Now STAND! DOWN!"
Ogg just looks at her for a short, meaningful two seconds, and then to you.
