Time went by and with it Magnus as well. The time he was upon Lucius allowed TalOS to learn just a little more about the Motive Force and how it is to be handled.
As for what had happened during the event TalOS felt he did the best he could to placate his brother. It will be in time when he sees what Magnus brings to him and the information the two of them share. Will the brothers share everything they find from this time forward with each other, TalOS did not think so.
Half of the Primarch have been found, that TalOS knew. It seemed that Alpharius will keep himself secret until the very end if the Fabricator General was to guess. For him that was likely a great boon to his purpose of being a spy for Malcador the Sigillite.
For now the Federation will continue to grow in support and power. TalOS recorded that in the last year the Federation Forces who were expanding smashed two Empires that were within its reach. There was such a large amount of military force within the Federation that it would take roughly two to three Legions to place the Imperium on power parity with them.
TalOS was not a fool though and had been monitoring the rest of the expansion. His eyes were upon Ultramar as Guilliman was quickly expanding his Empire for the benefit of his homeland. He held a rich and powerful culture which easily dominated those who were against him, and the verdicts of the Imperial Truth made it so any religious matters were not an issue that would not be eradicated.
Will it come to that for Guilliman? Maybe without Guilliman’s express consent but it will happen. Only the faith of the Machine God, a Faith that is not tied to the Warp, shall be allowed within the Imperium of Mankind.
He felt, somehow, that the greatest number of Primarchs being discovered is coming close to an end. There will be years between the next few. Some will be great, but as TalOS tasted the winds of the Universe he felt that some were going to be his enemy.
As for who that can be, TalOS does not know. Not yet.
