You give Iron a smirk. “Sure, have your fun.”
Then, you entirely unsurprised about what happens next. Iron begins to do musical exercises, but instead of his voice going higher, it begins to change, until finally, the same frustrated feminine voice now comes from his throat.
“Enough !” Iron says in the woman’s voice. “You will carry out your end of the deal, or we will have no deal at all ! You bunch of trickery curs !” His body is swaying side to side, his arms are being swung around with great flair. He looks like an overexaggerated and overeager actor, putting too much in each action.
“Calling us curs now ?” You watch as Iron quickly switches something on the console. “My lady, you would be a fool to continue on this course.” With an edge of a threat, the man says.
“You dare, pirate scum.” The woman’s voice responds, not Iron’s imitation.
“Ah, how a few words can change the hearts of men.” Muses Iron, once more his voice returning to that same annoying sound of metal grinding metal.
[blue]Wait, his annoying voice is done on purpose ?[/blue]
“I suggest you begin to move, captain. I shall continue my “conversation”. No doubt both sides will be too concentrated on one another to notice your approach.” Iron quickly remarks.
“Helmsman, full burn. Tetreault, prepare a battleline.”
Your fleet peels off from the numerous moons around you, the IFF transponders still off, you quickly find what Iron to be true, as your sensors officer turns to you.
“Sir, weapon discharge detected.”
“How far off are we helmsman ?” You question the man.
“Nearly there, captain. M.A.G. range in five.”
You await in trepidation, but surprisingly, you are unnoticed, that is until you are entirely upon your enemy. M.A.G. cannons fire, tearing apart the two Guardians bringing up the rear of the Emarians.
You watch as they are thrown in confusion by your actions. The Vigilance-class beginning to turn to face your ambushing force.
>Our force is massively overwhelming. Smash them. Leave nothing but dust.
>Send boarders. You’d rather those ships be captured, their crews taken hostage.
>Open fire, but ensure that the ships are as intact as possible. It may increase danger you face, but it is still safer than boarding actions.
