For your services to space realism, you get this bizarre rare TOZ-81 survival prototype that some Russian futurists in 1979 imagined could be used by cosmonauts on Soviet Mars or something. It is apparently some 5-shot 5.45x39mm revolver and if you look carefully it incorporates a folding bayonet knife at the top. The Soviet Union spent all their money designing just this gun, which is how the United States managed to eventually surpass them. This gun is the only one made, so keep it safe!
