Being a Raihan you had a natural distrust of AI. Technology was a useful tool but all decision making power must remain with a corporeal human. Glasner was not the best choice, but he was the most expedient. Like your sister you had a feeling you would have to make do with less than you deserved. Not for you, the bright minds and deep pockets of a major house… at least… not yet.
Shortly after you made the decision, you had Glasner attend to you.

<span class="mu-s">Research Mechanics</span>
Each possible technology has a research point cost associated with it. The various methods of research will grant you a certain number of d10s to roll. Every time an opportunity arises to deepen your understanding of a certain tech you will roll a number of d10s and the total will count towards its research point cost. After the research point total has been reached you will gain the technology. Generally excess research points are wasted although I may make allowances for techs that are closely related.
The full tech tree is not limited to what you see listed, the only true limit is my (and your) imagination. For practical reasons I need to present you with a curated list. If you’d like a certain type of technology to appear in the list of choices let me know and I’ll decide if I’ll allow it.

>Advanced Scientific Sensors (Sensors optimised for analysing a target in detail rather than tracking it. RP cost: 40)
