The braying of the Hounds draw closer. Spurred by either promises of pay or angry at our attempts at stopping them, they crack down Hard. Houses are searched, stalls are overturned, heavily armored boots tramp through the streets. Words like "curfew" and "law and order" are shouted from the streetcorners. The workers grumble, the bars close early, the Red Market retracts slowly into itself

Toby and Fulton manage to secure [2] Deliveries of Superior Houndsteel Ingots, useful for providing the foundation for a host of things. As previously mentioned, incorporating suppliers and sundries provide better bases for material equipment. With these ingots, we could get up to 2 qualities of something physical at no cost in bits. So, with a ... Bit.. of effort to source some basic sundries (1 Bit) , we could make a quite sharp sword (1 Bit for the Sword-Type, +2 Wound qualities with the steel).
But we don't have access to a forge or particularly fine facilities, so attempting to shape something useful from it here would be hard. I mean, hard-scrabble fashion works fine for the agent on the go, but we'll usually need facilities of a quality at least equal to the highest metric we want our gear to have. If we wanted to make a Wound 2 Sword, we'd need a quality 2 Forge.
We might be able to find a Red Market supplier and rent such a facility, of course, but they'll be charging extra for the danger...
If we improvise one ourselves, we'd need craftspeople to engineer a solution. But the Hounds draw closer...
