The Survivor hasn't steered you wrong yet, so you decide to go with his idea. Entering the store with Sophia, you carefully take stock of where the best food items are stored. And there is so <span class="mu-i">much</span> of it! Every kind of edible you can imagine and more, all stored within these four walls. You loop through the store twice, Sophia occasionally picking out a box or a can of one food or another. She even grabs a sour smelling yellow fruit, and seeing your puzzled look, she says "What? I like sour stuff, plus this stuff is full of vitamins! You can try some when we get back to the hotel." You have to admit you are curious, and you ask Sophia if she's gotten everything she's wanted, to which she replies "Sure..."
Making your way to the entrance, you stop to pay for it and momentarily marvel at the technology used to process your purchases. A little gun scans each one, while the number above the machine grows higher and higher. When it's all accounted for it adds up to 35$! Sophia hands them the money, and you realize you only have 365 pieces of paper left! Little do these store Things know that soon you won't have to pay for a meal for quite a while...
On your way back to the hotel you inform Sophia of your plan, and she remains silent for a moment before saying "Hmmm... Okay, I get it, our money isn't gonna last forever after all. But if you do it all by yourself I'll just be worried for you back at the hotel. Bring me with you." You almost put up an argument against it, that it could be dangerous, that if she gets caught she could get into trouble, but then you see the look in her eyes. That tiny flame smoldering within. Realizing its useless to argue, you assent, and when you get back to the hotel you both plan all afternoon about how to get it done perfectly. Sophia makes you both a meal with the food you purchased while you wait for nightfall, and while your hunger is quite sated, it will be less distracting for the night. You also try the "lemon" with her, and she bursts into laughter when your whole body scrunches inward and you spit the sour chunk out, wheezing from disgust. How can she like this stuff?!
