I promised my players I'd answer questions in this thread:
>>6027954>How exactly do you determine DCs and tabulate rolls? For non-boss fights, the dice are usually divided into four thresholds: Under-25, 25-50, 51-75, and 76+. Under-25 rolls mean a PC is getting hurt, 51-75 means "It hurts [opponent]!" and 76+ means "It really hurts [opponent]!"
For minibosses and bosses, the target numbers shift up and more gradients appear. For example, Vitium needed an 80+ just to hurt it with Overbite (a strong bite-type attack). The critical failure also comes up where under 30 (or in some cases under 40) means one of the PCs is getting knocked out/ hypnotized. A 5 or lower will trigger one or more PCs to be separated from the party if possible.
Generally I cut off the voting when I sit down to start drafting the next update, and I try to incorporate all the popular choices if it's possible to combine them.
