Jubilee titters and hums in through, the sound of snapping fingers coming soon after.
"Killing them would be a waste! Their future job is to get killed by other demons, not us. Thankfully, I have just the idea to put to the test. Say, why don't you go and chat them up while I work out the right incantation?"
A light swish trails along your arm as the unseen demoness moves from your side. Figuring it's probably worth a shot you approach the two guards who stand like a duo of enormous watchtowers compared to you. They perform a gesture you're sure you've seen before from some Sinners with a different accent. A strange looking salute, probably given because your armor is more impressive than theirs.
"Hail, sergeant, but I cannot let you go any further. The Triumvirate is meeting now and asked they not be disturbed."
Yeah, achtung or whatever, time to work your devil's tongue. With just a few simple quips you catch the two's attention hook, line, and sinker. Trapped in the vortex of your wordplay and double entendre, they scarcely even notice the nigh unnoticeable presence that creeps between them.
Only a mere moment after she reappears, beginning her chant, she places her hands over their eyes and the two fall into a deep, hypnotic sleep. They say fear is the little death that brings annihilation, but looking at the still wide and glazed over eyes of the guards, you're willing to change your answer to whatever Jubilee slipped them.
"Tadaaa~! I call it the Lotus Eater, and don't worry my little Imp. They'll be fine once I release them from their sweet dream... Remind me to do that later, would you?"
>Whip out your gun and kick the door in. Time to stop all this pussyfooting around and get with the gum kicking and ass chewing! >Take a minute to listen at the door. Wise demons say only fools rush in, so it might be worth it to make sure they're all really alone.>Let Jubilee take the lead. You're a gentlemanly Imp --if an Imp can be gentlemanly-- who lets the ladies, and named demons, go first. >Write-in
