[SEEKER OF THE CITY] It's almost awe-inspiring to see it for yourself. You don't really get many chances to see something like this in relative safety.
"NEED TO FIND THE. EAVESDROPPERS BEFORE THEY, BZZT. RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE!" Its voice gets muffled as it goes through the wall.
It's fully through the wall in about four or five seconds. <span class="mu-b">Stuck halfway into the wall is an old prop gun that it was carrying.</span> Seems like if it drops something it's carrying while phasing, it gets stuck inside. You shudder to think what might happen if a human fell victim to that.
You lean back on the chair you're sitting on. It's looking for a director for whatever reason. You know of one but you're not sure he's willing to play house with something that can probably smash his head in at any time...you think? You're not sure how strong or weak Gregory actually is in the grand scheme. All you know is he doesn't seem to have any guards.
"Huh? What's that doing here?" You hear Kiara's voice. You turn your drone around to spot her roaming around backstage. "Could've sworn I heard a loud bang here. What's the matter, Nicole? Messed up the controls?"
You shake your drone from side to side. That's all you can really communicate. Kiara kneels down at the hunk of metal on the floor. She narrows her eyes. "Wait, the tip's weirdly bent. Do you know how?" She holds it up to you. The tip that went into the entity is horribly twisted and warped, like a piece of chewed gum.
You move your drone up and down in a 'nod'. Kiara seems to piece together something in her head. "Wait, wait. Was it...?" You move your drone up and down again.
"So it's gone. Damnit, wish I could've gotten some pictures of it." Kiara pouts. "Well, might as well tell you what I found." In her hands are a few moldy books and some pictures she took. "It's probably easier to show in person sooo..." She puts them away before you could see any of them in detail.
"Let's just say I found some juicy gossip about three actors having creative differences~!" Kiara coos out with the same joy as a teenager gossiper. "I'll be checking for anything more 'valuable'," She winks knowingly at you. "Call me when you need anything." She walks away from your little drone, presumably to keep searching the dressing rooms.
Huh. Gossip about the actors. <span class="mu-b">Maybe that'll be useful for messing with the entity later.</span> You put a pin in the back of your mind in case that ever becomes relevant beyond appeasing Gregory. While you begin to move your drone back to you before it runs out of charge, you dwell on what to do next.
