“Come on Adok.” Lucian reiterated with a smile on his face. Though against his words the Knight was moving a little closer to his fellow so that he could place a hand on his shoulder, “You don’t want to look around for any lost Runes here? Wasn’t this the place you were wanting to be since you’ve left your home?”
The Dwarf looked at Lucian with tired eyes, yet there was something in them, “Aye, you’re right there.”
“Then you willing to just sit around like this? Doesn’t seem very Dwarfy of you.” The Knight pointed out.
“I’ll be the judge of what it means to be a Dwarf.” Grumbled the Dwarf as his eyes sharpened a little, “I’m just here moping about some bitch who's dead.”
“Wished you killed her?”
“Feels pretty fucking bad I was out for the entire thing.” Pointed out the Dwarf with a long grumble in his gullet, “Damn her to the hells of Chaos.”
“If the Chaos Gods had their tendrils on her soul, thats where she went.” Pointed out Lucian with a small shaking of the head, “All I know is that she is dead by my scythe, a deed recognized by the Gods.”
As Lucian said those last words he could see the face of Adok slowly examine him. The first time he had done since he had awoken from his slumber, “By the Ancestor Gods, what… you’re no man anymore.”
“I am pretty sure I am still a man.” Claimed Lucian as he put a fist on his chest, “And a man carries his oaths. My oath was to help you find this damned Rune so we are going to look for it.”
“Ha! Wouldn’t it have been better to call yourself a Grail Knight? Isn’t that what you are now?”
“You accused me of not being a man.” Lucian pointed out.
The Dwarf gave a half hearted puff as he heard that, “That I did. We moving now?”
“If you want.” Lucian gave a smirk at those words.
“I do, damned be to the earth below our feet.” The Dwarf complained as he rose to his own feet.
