"Very well." Ruby places a bookmark between the pages, closes the book she was reading, and yawns. "I shall tell you as much as you wish, whenever you please." She sighs. "It is quite pathetic of me, is it not? Blushing and fantasizing... and yet, my dream Master is right in front of me." She looks at you, the look on her face reminding you how absolute her trust is towards you. You nibble her ear, making her moan in ecstasy. You love her gently and passionately until she can handle no more.
Mentally, you decide from now on to...
>Play out some book scenes privately with her.
>Continue as you were. This was a comfortable zone to stay in.

The next day comes by too easily. And as for Gerty, you harass and bully her, filling her with anticipation.
While you cruise above the clouds you notice a distinct a lack of giant naked cyclops women. You wonder what Thea was up to—was she still healing? Perhaps you could visit someday.
There was a quiet in the horizon. For as far as you could see, clouds stretched onto the blue. Herta lounged around the area, happily rocking back and forth as she usually did when she wanted to entertain herself.
"Ayane, I've been told you're a decent midwife." You decide to break the ice with her about this.
"I gained some experience here and there." Ayane said to Gerty, the fox woman keeping herself composed and pretending not to notice you harassing the Holy Knight.
"Where did you-" Gerty's question is interrupted by the radio coming to life.
"Master!" Mel's high pitched voice came through the intercom, her panic ruining the peaceful moment. "I just spotted a pirate ship with a couple of scout gliders!" You took a look outside with your binoculars. Two scrap gliders flew above a cruel looking pirate ship like vultures.
Herta gets up while you command Gerty to get the defenses ready. The Paladin immediately went to get the Control Rod and gather the others to man whatever is necessary with a level voice.
"It's happening again..." Ayane said in a trembling voice. "It's happening again... Master, please forgive me... my luck... it's happ-" You grasp her hand, and she holds onto it like a lifeline. You console her, and she begins to calm down.
"Mel," You say into the radio. "Are they approaching us? How armed are they?"
"They don't seem to have noticed us yet, but that could change any minute. The ship has cannons and tons of saws for some reason. The gliders have at least one gun each" She catches her breath. "If we keep moving as we are, they'll eventually spot us."
"Master, what should we do?" Herta says, some panic in her voice.
>Prepare your airships' defenses. You'll keep your distance as you get ready for them.
>Take the long way around and avoid them. The fight wasn't worth it, now all was left was praying you could evade the sight of their gliders.
>Engage the pirates head on. A surprise attack worked last time against the bandits, their sky counterparts should be no different.
