>>5152570Her Sabre-Type Phobos slightly taller than Wormy's, while your armor was sleek. The Prince had multiple bubbled joints. It didn't look like Wormy's either, legs longer with a shorter body. She stumbles for a second, but you're there. Just like Waemi had said, reaching out within your shell you grasped the tilting machine, simply keeping it standing until she regained her footing. The two Phobos leaning against one another, they felt secure to you. You feel her core reverberate off your own, a cold chill running through your body as
She slips out from between the shadows of reality and floats over to the edge of the core, tenderly staring out towards the other pilot. through the LO comms you hear a delicate whispered pair of words. "Thanks Morty."

The rest of the walk to the docks is easy. Castilla's sync rate climbed back up as she grew accustomed to controlling the Phobos. After a while to dock the girl managed to climb out, a pair of science staff waiting for her. "Good work, Pilot. But we aren't done yet. That was just to warm up… and it looks like our other guests are finally arriving. Just in time as well." Spinning on her heels Waemi spoke to the two pilots walking over. Robotic hands finding a place at her hips as she sassily tapped her foot on the ground. Haruki and the Prince both wore dive suits, the royal apparently changing his mind on what to wear. His Ace suit is nowhere to be seen. "Just so you both know, I hate go-getters. Now link up, on the double." She blared through her external speakers at the pilots, the prince plugging his ears and Ruki jumped.
The pair scampered towards their machines. With a quick word to command you have them free. "Pilot Haruki, Reporting in. Over." The tall girl announced softly as her Longsword took up a spot beside you. "Pilot Peter, I'm Here. Over." The Sabre added, raising his hand towards the senior. Wormy had them undergo the same light testing that you had but as you went to hand Ruki the Tagger she interrupted you. "Not just yet, Pilot Morty. We will kill two birds with one stone. Pay good attention my little ones. Pilot Morty is now your enemy, that device in his hand contains delicate information. You must catch him and retrieve it. Now! Listen well. Don't get too rough, if you bring him down. Just hand it over, I don't know about either of you pilots but I don't get paid enough to fix whatever you might break." You shrug at the woman's blunt attitude. "The first one to touch him will win. Then we'll go again."
