Firing a rocket launcher while leaning out a window is tricky, and the Raffen aren't giving you the choice of picking a different plan. Each degree of success (increments of 10) is another Raffen car hit. Dolf is saving a rocket for the tower, but if he screws this up he'll have another chance at the cars too with the last one - that's a choice to be made later though, if at all.
My rolls are for Maeve driving (1-2) DC 40, Catalina shooting (3, 4) DC 65 (she's shaken up by shit going sideways and doesn't have a proper gun for this), and each of the Raffen cars (5,6,7) DC 45.
Unfortunately turbo-bastard nomads are still nomads, and pretty good at both driving and shooting.
