As a general reminder and out-of-fluff meta perspective about what Mima and Kasen's rantings about Albert's 'potential' means, it refers to the amount of Magic vs Hermit abilities he can pick up. See, he has one right now, if he chose 2 more spells he'd still have plenty of room for Hermit arts, and trust me the Hermit arts will be cool, with many interesting geomancy and religious effects.
