Then, the awkward silence was broken by Raoul's laugh, one that is pure and free. "Ahahaha! Well, so much for trying to look cool in front of you!" He wipes a joyful tear away.
His mirth elicits a chuckle of your own. "Hehe, we both look real silly just now, huh? Reminds me of how we first met as kids."
Raoul smiles. "Y'know, Rosa - I've been trying to look cool all this time, because I wanted you to be able to look at me and say, 'wow, he's a cool dude!'"
