Squid chimes in, the usual whimsy absent from her tone.
"Liza... I'll open up the sewer entrance. Head out there and find a way up."
Her chair screeches noisily against the floor as she pushes herself upright. Wiping her face with the back of her hand, she moves towards the door.
"Where are you going?" Wind asks, stepping in her way.
"Huh? To leave, like you said..."
"With your Digivice?"
He holds his hand out. Liza reacts strongly, clutching her hand to her waist and trying to protect it.
"No! But- Leomon's data, it-"
Without warning, Wind lunges and strikes her across the face, bowling her over and causing the nearest Dogs of War to leap from their seats. He clenches his fist as he stands over her. It takes all his remaining willpower to not attack her a second time. He just stands there, looking down at her derisively.
"Are you serious?! You fail us, kill us, now you want to rob us too? Hand it over!"
When she doesn't move, he glares at the nearest noncombatants. They crouch by her side and unclip the rectangular device, while she struggles and flails. One of the body doubles hands it to Squid, who pockets it quickly.
"NO! I GOT A TRACE OF HIM BACK! I CAN- YOU CAN'T TAKE HIM AWAY AGAIN!"
"GET HER OUT OF HERE!"
They seize her beneath her arms and drag her outside into the main hall. Wind and Squid follow along. More than a few Dogs of war go along with it, including you.
"This is hard to watch. It's cruel as hell."
<span class="mu-s">"She did cause this mess... But yeah. As good as an execution."</span>
