+If you are to become a Priest, you cannot directly become an adept.+ TalOS declared first and foremost, +You will have many pieces of knowledge that your aspiring peers lack, but you have not been fully initiated into the Priesthood. Not yet.+
+I have approached you with that understanding.+ He admitted while placing a hand on his chest.
+Good, that is good.+ TalOS oriented his thoughts as he looked at the situation, +There will be many lessons for you to learn, but first and foremost you should have a Master Magos to train you up.+
+I see, do you have an idea of who?+ The Acillian asked back to his Primarch.
+I should first understand if there is anyone who you would want to take you on? Someone who you might have talked to about becoming the apprentice of?+ TalOS suggested armed in the knowledge that the Acillians were all taught by Magos and Adepts.
+Yes, if you have none better than Magos L3P3R I would place his name forward. He has been kind in showing me the mysteries of the Mechanicum and I learn well from him.+ Put forward the name of a lower ranking Magos towards TalOS’s ear.
To that TalOS took a moment to ponder. The name was not one who sparked much thought to TalOS. He knew it though, as he knew almost all the happenings within the Priesthood and his Legion. The man was a lower ranking and recluse lord who served in the Crusades. He was not ambitious though, instead sticking to his numerous research projects as well as new technologies found.
As for why TalOS was able to get the name quickly, he was one of the Priests that started producing the Leman Russ. Few could deny that the Leman Russ was quickly becoming one of the most used tanks among the mortal regiments of the Imperium.
Was that the path that TalOS wished for his son to take? It would not be hard to put a war hardened Acillian into the care of both Pterraxi or D3X, both needing men with a more military mindset as their right hands. And then, of course, there was himself.
>>Note that a precedent might be set here.
>Allow him his choice.
>To Pterraxi, to study the expansion and mystical technologies
>To D3X, for the defence and artisan ability.
>TalOS will take the first as his own.
