In the last few days leading up to the undersea mission, you coordinated with Gloria’s people to locate and retrieve the Shi’ar Jumpship that the girls borrowed. Anastasia and Iara accompanied you on this journey, but it wasn’t purely for companionship. You needed Iara here to learn how to operate the Storage Vial as soon as possible, and your Russian lover was here to protect you while both you and the Deep One were inside of the pocket dimension.
Luckily, It didn’t take long for Iara to get the hang of things. You let her practice on invaluable objects along the way, storing them, retrieving them and categorizing them into specific areas of the pocket dimension. Since Gloria was unable to procure a submersible on short notice, Iara would have to be the one to store you all in the pocket dimension and transport you both ways. She was the only one that could breathe underwater, after all.
When you eventually found your spaceship, you were relieved to find that it was almost as pristine as the last time you saw it. Araña left it in pretty good shape, from the looks of it. Feeling satisfied, you told Iara to store it into the pocket dimension, and ordered Gloria’s people to head to the rendezvous point where the rest of your teammates would be waiting. It only took another day and a half to get there, and as soon as you did, Iara sucked you all into the portal without hesitation.

None of the Desperados really minded killing time in the pocket dimension. The weather was fair, and you brought plenty of supplies for your extended stay, just in case of emergency. Prowler was still jumpy, and you were pretty sure that Ana was constantly on the lookout for native animals to hunt, but it was otherwise uneventful. And when it finally came time to exit the storage vial, you all did one final equipment check and raced through the portal with your weapons at the ready.
Almost instantly, you were transported to a dimly lit, dank hallway with deep puddles of water pooling on either side of the corridor. Iara was leaning against the wall, storage device in hand, waiting for everyone to come out. She wore a blue bikini that peeked out through her chainmail wetsuit, and when she caught you looking, she gave you a little wink.
You pulled your gaze away from her and directed your attention towards the transparent glass panels that surrounded you from both sides. Small schools of fish and large, alien looking amphibians glided through the murky depths, disappearing around rocks, debris and what you assumed to be coral reefs. The wreckage that you could vaguely see from your current location in the facility was concerning to say the least. It meant that you probably made the right call in having Iara bring you here.
Felicia clicked her tongue and shook her head in disappointment as she surveyed the state of the run-down facility.
