"Ah, ah. So that's where my Librarians got off to!" Sen beams as she points out the black figures a few more yards away. You have to squint to see through the suddenly thick fog; black robes and white hair just like Sen's. "Come on, I'll have to introduce you to my helping hands around here."
She's just about to start running when-
[ANALYTICAL] In the midst of the Librarians milling about, there's an empty suit laying on the ground. Black smoke is emitting where it makes contact with the white floor.
[URBAN IMPULSE] The smell of putrid trash is overwhelming.
[PARANOID] Something in your stomach churns.
[ROBUST] Bennett's ears twitch.
[PARANOID] IF THAT THING GETS ME, I'M DEAD.
"BENNETT, GRAB HER AND GET BACK HERE," you hiss.
[ROBUST] Without hesitation, Bennett jogs up to Sen, wraps an arm around her neck, and starts pulling her in a kidnapper's chokehold.
"Mnf!" Bennett has her mouth covered, in the image of a professional Acquisitions Agent. The three of you duck behind a shelf. "Lhgh!"
"Frank, there." His voice is firm, but there's that bit of uncertainty which makes the bad feeling burn holes in your stomach lining. Bennett points down the hall.
[PARANOID] [URBAN IMPULSE] RADIO THING turns on, but you know that the softly broadcasting noise is in your head. Nonsense. Garbage signals. The constant ocean of laughter makes things so much worse.

The suit begins to stir. As if being pulled upright upon strings or light, but awful chains by something lurking far, far above in the ceiling of the Library, the thing jerkily clambers to its feet and pantomimes brushing itself off. Not one of the Librarians seems to react as the intruder stands in their presence.
