>>6066274it's tempting to just go along the way (and fun) but, if you were asking for advice, i'd say that having some solid bones right from the get-go (both to the plot and the characters) make everything flow a lot easier because they set boundaries which limit the ways you can go. this sounds bad on the surface, but consider that having structure means you can go a lot faster. why? cuz you don't have to worry about contradictions or plot holes nearly as much
