>Jump down to street level and try to lose it there. Walking on foot will end up consuming more time, and you might run into City Digimon patrols or more enemy combatants, but it's the most likely route for getting Tobucatmon off your trail. You have a feeling that it won't be able to fly so well in a dense urban jungle, compared to the relatively open sky up here, where only about half the buildings continue to extend past your altitude.
"Don't engage it any more. Let's just go!"
<span class="mu-s">"Up or down?"</span>
"Down! Take the streets. It can't wind between all those buildings."
<span class="mu-s">"And the alleyways will be firing lanes. Yeah."</span>
Tobucatmon seems to be extremely proficient at aerial combat, and its agility is superior to Airdramon. You want to either force it near the ground, or make it give up. You hop over to Astamon and latch on to him again, while he falls backwards over the edge of the roof. His gun points skywards, hoping to catch it in the same way he did the first one. When it shows up, it's from the side, glowing red claws at the ready. Astamon halts his fall by spreading his wings, then tries to slash the Digimon's face. He misses, but it does too. The two combatants are finally forced to part when you lose enough altitude.
The flying cat hisses in rage as he fails to achieve his objective, then pitches straight upwards and vanishes into the sky. Astamon lands on the street, creating a small crater in the tarmac road. You consult your navigation marker and point towards the district core.
"Good work. You think he'll be back?"
<span class="mu-s">"I hope so. He can't hover or go omnidirectionally like a Cargodramon. I'll shoot him down when he can't make his sharp turns."</span>
"Of course. Let's keep moving. We're gonna be losing time."
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-r">"HEY!"</span></span>
You turn around to see several Commandramon. They have their weapons pointed at you, but they don't dare to fire.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-r">"Someone get the boss!"</span></span>
You don't want to stick around to find out who the leader is. The both of you start running.
