SECURITY." written behind the posing Enforcer in the center. it's depicting an Enforcer, and apparently, it's a recruiting advertisement. not sure who the hell would want to recruit, seeing the blood and burn scars behind that mask. you fold it up and put it in your pocket.
you ask the man in front of you about that nuclear incident he glossed over.
