Cindy was dutifully scribbling all of this down, when you felt a physical shift in the air around you. Everyone else seemed to have felt it too, because they were all looking around with curious looks on their faces.
<span class="mu-s">“Something is coming.”</span> Marc announced in an ominous tone. You looked at him, and did a double take as he appeared to have changed his costume in the blink of an eye! He now wore a flowing white cape, a hood, and a skintight, white bodysuit with a utility belt wrapped around his waist and a crescent moon adorning the center of his torso. <span class="mu-s">“Khonshu informs me that there is a large group of vampires approaching our position as we speak. And…it would appear that they have brought my Mooncopter along with them.”</span> he growled, narrowing his eyes at nothing in particular.
<span class="mu-r">“They’re coming here!?”</span> you exclaimed, jumping out of your seat. At this point, your Spider-Sense was ringing like crazy!
<span class="mu-r">“What should we do?”</span> asked Matt.
<span class="mu-s">“Prepare for a fight.”</span> Marc declared. <span class="mu-s">“They have superior numbers, but we have time to strategize. Since Sun King and Louise are here, I will make use of their services. If you require armaments, go see Louise downstairs.”</span>
Cindy gave you a worried look, and you tried to reassure her with a firm pat on the shoulder.
<span class="mu-r">"Everything's gonna be fine."</span> you promised. You just hoped that you weren't lying.
What will you do?
>Check out Louise’s stash. You might need a little extra versatility in your kit.(Rearranging your inventory might be necessary here)>Create some barricades using your webs and anything sturdy nearby.>Slip outside and see if you can’t get the jump on that Mooncopter when it flies close enough. Taking it out would make a huge difference.>Try to convince everyone to abandon the building and scatter.
