There was Lord Sarakha, the Primarch Minister. In the ages before, when the Emperor had not left Hainei for Heaven, he was the Grand Secretary, closest advisor and officiant to the Yellow God of Heaven. He has always been a mysterious figure, and nobody knows what domain his godhood claims. All we know, is that he is in charge, and he is mighty.
Lord Akasa, the God of Space, was the Interior Minister. He is charged with the kingdom's wellbeing, day to day operations, and the management of demigods. He is a workhorse, and a sagacious person. But a well respected person, liked by the people for his kindness. However, he is merciless in his work. He is the head of one of the kingdom's three armies that form the Heavenly military, the Standard Forces of the Metropolitan area, or the Interior Ministry Armed Forces. He polices the world.
And then there is the Exterior Minister, Lord Thandir. The God of Souls. He could be fittingly described as the high priest of the Emperor. Though he is a god, he is the most devout worshiper of the Emperor, and is the hardest worker in heralding the Great Rebirth. His charge was the cycle of reincarnation, funneling souls back from the Afterseas to Hainei. In this way, his job was to ensure that all who failed to become Immortal got another chance. His goal is to ensure all mortals Immortalize. But those who refused... and those who did not believe... he snuffs their soul out forever. Nobody deserves that. Lord Thandir leads the Muhajids of the Imperial Temple, which organizes the official Imperial Creed, the heaven worship and religion of the Xanthous Emperor. Nothing is worse than zealot...</span></span>
