This is going to impact your ability to be more effective in heavier power armor. Also very useful if you're stuck on the ground with only your basic starting armor.
Veterancy unlocks a second rifle class weapon slot outside of power armor.

Most useful for light power armor but it has benefits to medium and mobility focused as well.
Veterancy unlocks dodge roll.

How best to move and carry yourself to avoid attention. (Maybe a trip to the doctor for creaky joints.)
