Justice herself might be low-key dumb, but her Champion can learn. The Power Rangers won't rush into possible ambushes any more, and ambushes are Curiosity's go-to.
Hatred is a special kind of dumb: it will actually walk into a known ambush to prove its strength. Curiosity has x2 or x3 the chances of ambushing Hatred. Thus lower priority.
Second choice

Prep our ACDs to standby, then swoop in late in the fight, when either Justice and Hatred are about to have a decisive victory, and hit the side that's winning first. Both will be depleted by their fight, and at the very least Curiosity should be able to force a draw. Wasting their sunk costs in time and material should put us ahead in Rushing Seal.
