gonna make my suggestions organized. starting first with body/implants, then Armor, then equipment. anything flesh we replace will be placed in storage, just like our arms.
this is going to operate under the assumption we have reunited with most major forge worlds in the lore, i.e. Ryza and Metallica. if this is not true and we are limited to Segmentum Solar, Pacificus, and Segmentum Lucius (Gothic) I will revise.
every item listed is on the 40k wiki or is somehow from the lore and I can back up with source, some items are suggested with (modified) in the Hope's Talos can make it happen
