Is the Rainbow a rapist, and if so, does that make us a victim of sexual assault?
Think about it - It all happened late at night after work; we were taking a walk in the woods, minding our own business, when we were cornered by a stranger who then tried to solicit "favors" from us for their own perverse pleasures. They then penetrated us against our will, and threatened to do the same to our assistant, who looks like a small child, unless we "put out" for them right there in the woods. They then proceeded to violate our body by forcing themselves inside of us, while our own son watched, traumatized. They even entrapped us into an unhealthy relationship that has been maintained through threats of violence and verbal abuse, all while on company property.
I think we have a solid case for HR. Child abduction, murder, and reckless endangerment may be one thing, but sexual harassment is no laughing matter.
