Despite being a bit reluctant, you elected to give the needles to Ryota against pills for working on your foundation.
Said pills are delivered soon enough, the Medicine Master having evaluated you not too long ago. Just in time for your work of Foundation.
A better step forward. Still poor regarding to the progress made in seclusion, but at least noticeable this week.
You also decide to take some time of the week to investigate something on your mind since a long, long time : spiritual beasts with the gift of voice.
You know they exist - Primordial Wolf have, after all, talked to you quite a few time. So did the Shrub Hawk - although it said it was not a Spirit Hawk with shrub affinity but a Spirit Shrub with hawk affinity.
Despite your young age, you've already met your fair share of spirit beasts. The talking one are more exception than rule. Why?
However, you've never seen a spiritual beast out of a bead. You're pretty sure the sect have some, and it would be the perfect point to start your investigation.
Time to ask Kyo Ko.
"Elder sister Kyo Kyo, I have a few question regarding Spiritual Beasts.
- <span class="mu-b">We don't discuss Spiritual beast related matter with first stages.</span>
- Come on! Don't you owe me that after Golden Skystone Village? After we catched that giant spirit?
- <span class="mu-b">Alright I'll tell you. Come closer.</span>"
She squats, her chin on your shoulder and her mouth a mere inch to your ear.
"<span class="mu-b">We don't discuss Spiritual beast related matter with first stages.</span>
- That's mean!
- <span class="mu-b">That's how it is. And serves you right for keeping calling me Kyo Kyo. Beside, your second stage is merely months away; don't act so dramatic.</span>"
You spend an ample amount of time this week to pester Bathias, the various masters, then her again. Their answers are invariable.
In the end, you keep badgering Kyo Ko. Mainly because you're annoyed at her lack of answer, so you elected to offset the frustration by messing with her as a fair trade.
Later in the week, Ryota brings you to Marketer Golden Eye, Silver Tongue. A room is arranged, where you brew a cup of mundane tea for yourself and a mysterious guest.
Worthy enough for Ryota to act as the guest servant.
You stay idle in your isolated room, until Ryota cames back.
"<span class="mu-s">Looks like he was pleased with the drink's effect. Here for you.</span>"
Ryota hands you a scroll. Scroll which holds a rather long poem.
