“Not until you stop usin’ your power on the other kids without permission.” Is Bernard’s rebuttal.
“But they let me.” Simon insists, pausing his kicks for a brief moment.
“That’s a lie, and you know it.” Bernard doesn't believe him one bit, and, turning his focus back to you, the teleporter asks, “Any clue on what to do with the miniature psychic?”
“I’m not a psychic!” The small kid is more indignant at being called a psychic than the fact he’s being carried around like a toddler, and now his reddish eyes are on you. “Tell him, Kelpie!”
“No, Simon is not a psychic.” You shake your head, finding his insistence oddly amusing. “He just seems to really like using his power on people without their permission.”
While you thought you’d given Simon a good lesson on what happens to kids who use their powers on others without permission, it seems that he didn’t quite get the message. Still, you should see what he has to say for himself.
>Wat do?>Give him a chance to plead his case. Figure out if he *really* got permission, or is he lying through his teeth?>What kind of stories did he think he was going to find around here with everyone being a former-captive anyhow? >What did you say about him keeping his freaky-deaky hands off of other people? Were you not clear enough back at the building?!>Reluctantly give him the benefit of the doubt with a small warning on the side. You don’t see the big deal in him using his power on others if they let him. >Write-in
