The latter half of the battle for the village was a confused mess to any who listened to what was being said on wireless, but from sight alone, it was a merciless mopping up. The Twaryians did manage to take shots, but none managed damaging strikes. The remaining platoons around the village were shot to pieces- and a straggler T-8 paid for maneuvering by taking fire from Lieutenant Sikorsky’s entire platoon.
>Sikorsky’s Reaction Fire- the T-8 no longer exists in a material form.
Already badly damaged from ambushes, the last T-16 platoon was alone, though it had already decided it had had enough. Turning about, it failed to account for the fact that it was already being hunted by others. The smoke faded- and Von Zufalligdorf’s platoon found new prey. With a staccato of cannon fire, the already stricken T-16s were finished off, one popping like a firework with a crack and spitting pops. The remaining crews abandoned the smoking and burning wrecks to flee on the road they intended to take by track.
