Allmind as a sibling? I mean, it also depends on how she would have pulled off Coral release. Going 'I will assimilate All, and All will be one' would certainly not go well with Beta's hope of individuality. Which is a reason he'd fight it, but then there's also no real reason to follow through on it afterwards.
Me personally (Writer, not character) felt like it was a serious rug-pull moment when Allmind attempted to eliminate you in that ending, and then you followed through with carrying out the plan anyways.
Fires is the good ending, felt bad doing the other ones in later playthroughs. Ayre, you can't just expect everyone to leave you alone after kicking corps off the planet, and now you've doomed the world to an even greater disaster down the line.
