What's happening :
The three army met a bit before the hold's walled gate. Both skavens and vampire glare each other, but see the approaching dwarven Hueste.
However, they both interpret the dwarven army as reinforcement for your dwarven hold, and start to attack in a pincer manoeuver.
On a side note, at least the three dwarven thanes radiates of the same chaos color than the king, and the thing that attempted to shackle you...
The dwarven army was wildly unprepared to face both of this threats. Their artillery is not placed, and they're struggling to put together their lines.
Their tough armors render the slings almost inefficient, but the zombies, slaves and legionaries menace to overwhelm them before the battle even start.
And the doomwheel is on a perfect course to act as a demolition ball to the squat soldiers.
