Idea for a multiplayer quest called The Memory Game ( adapted from
https://www.raphkoster.com/2012/01/26/narrative-isnt-usually-content-either/ )
Take a location, it can be anything, a spaceship, a castle, a military barracks an old mansion but the preferred one is just an ordinary home.
DM creates some random table say 1d20 table of items; can be specific to the location context, mundane items, or a few fantastical ones thrown in. Players roll and receive an item, they then write-in and describe a memory or story about the item. The game is more powerful if it is situated in the real world with real items and memories, but it can also be fantasy jewels swords magic scrolls and treasure.
As you move through the rooms of the location / castle / space ship / ordinary home you place the items. If a player drops out their memory is just lost and forgotten. There can also be a voting mechanic among players to determine which memory wins, ie is kept preserved / remembered in the room of the location.
I thought about doing a fantasy version of this, a story based on merchants meeting at a desert oasis to barter treasures. You could do some weird stuff like price the dream memories based on SPX hehe (noooo)
