>>5207961Hearing your daughter say those words is like a knife to your chest, and again you're left speechless. You have no idea what to say to her, so instead you simply fly back over, and again embrace her. She doesn't have any words left, and instead simply keeps sobbing against you. As she does you feel yourself tearing up as well, and while holding your daughter slowly drift back down to the ground. You land, sitting crossed-legged and just holding her while she cries her heart out. Holding her you don't say anything, just hold her and caress her head while she cries.
A few minutes into her crying, you begin picking up several decently-strong powerlevels approaching your planet. They feel familiar, and after a moment's focus realize that it's the Ginyu Force! But what are they doing here, now of all times? Unless....
“Daddy?” Caulifla asks, snapping your focus back to her instead of the arrival of Freeza's ship.
“What is it Cauli?” you reply, meeting her red, bleary gaze.
“You wouldn't ask any of us to do that, would you?” she asks, seemingly looking into your soul. You can feel the intensity of her gaze, and realize just how important to her the answer to this question will be.
But how do you answer?
>Answer jokingly, that your enemies won't ever run out so you'd never have to ask her or any of her siblings>Tell her that you aren't sure, but if you do ask one day you wouldn't ask her to carry that burden>Explain that if none of your enemies get you first, you would ask either her of one of her siblings to do the same and follow the tradition of dying in battle>Tell her that you honestly aren't sure, you'd never considered the possibility of living as long as your old man did until today>Say you aren't sure, but that you probably won't be asking her or any of her siblings to do that when you're as old as your father was.>Other(write in)
