“If he can't collect his money, he doesn't deserve it.” the four-armed woman answers, the man you now recognize from the underground place your old man liked to eat at, as the man behind the bar. At this you see the veins on his head bulge, the elderly man clenching his fists in fury. “I only pay the strong.”
“A fair belief. However, we Saiyans aren't lone wolves. You wrong one of us, you wrong ALL of us.” King Vegeta tells the woman, gesturing towards you with a hand, not even looking towards you. “And our strongest protect our weakest. If you wish not to pay, then you must be willing to face warriors among our strongest. You may either fight this warrior here, or pay what you owe. It is your choice.”
“Hmph. Very well, I shall-” the woman declares, turning and meeting your gaze. Which causes her to freeze, eyes widening in recognition. “Hold on. You, that scar. It can't be-”
“I accept, my king. Once I'm done, we need to talk about the situation with Raditz.” you tell him, striding down the stairs confidently. The woman, one of the 'dragon' kin like the other four-armed man you fought before, seemingly recognizes you, taking an unconscious half-step back. “This shouldn't take too long.”
“Hold on. Who are you, warrior? State your name!” she demands, taking her own fighting stance.
“Karn.” you reply simply, taking your own as you then look back over your shoulder to the king. “Is this to the death, or...?”
“Just until surrender. Try not to break her, she's supposedly rather important to her world.” King Vegeta replies, then from somewhere behind you a gong rings. “Begin.”
