Your spoils amount to a datacube filled with what seems to be someone's engram (at least that's what Scholar says), a sealed spirit bottle the Dead Numbers used to keep souls and ghosts to do their bidding, a bone dagger with a menacing aura that gives you chills just by looking at it, and a stack of magitek patch cards - which in itself is a mundane magic item - but its signature is anything but. All has strange mana signature. All goes into your inventory.
"Oh yeah! I just remembered, there's some of Drago's possee downstairs. Saw them holding some kids for hostage while I got carried to the rooftop. You wanna deal them or nah?"
On one hand, you're only good for 3 spells, but on the other hand, aren't saving those in distress is very much an adventurer thing to do? Hmm, decisions, decisions...
