>Kaus Gammamon. You think a Digimon is the best person to ask for advice regarding other Digimon. You’d like to know more about the city’s minions, and about Phascomon’s growth.
You approach Wind's partner, who's quietly standing in a corner. This Digimon has left a strange impression on you. The stilted, matter-of-fact way that he talks is unlike any of the others you've met. It's a little off-putting, even, but he seems like the best choice for a consultation.
"Hey, Kaus Gammamon."
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"Hello, Marnie. Is there something that you need?"</span></span>
"Yes, actually. I wanted to ask about the practice you two were doing. I can't tell if Phascomon is keeping up... Wind is a bit of a harsh teacher, I don't know if he's just being too critical or..."
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"I understand your concern. Please allow me to alleviate your concern, with the assurance that Phascomon will likely be able to complete his portion of the mission, barring external circumstances."</span></span>
That's good to hear. You settle down on a bench near him. He remains standing, his yellow eyes focusing on you down the length of his snout. He continues to elaborate.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"It is unlikely that Espimon and Commandramon can resist his Evil Snore attack when unprepared. His duty is to disable as many members of the internal response team the data center has. Unlike the scenario Wind is laying out, it is not likely he will be fired at directly by Commandramon."</span></span>
"Thank you, I appreciate it. While he's intercepting them, you and some other Digimon will be storming the cores, right? How many of you are there?"
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"There will be six Digimon in total. I am the only Champion-level one in employ of the Dogs of War. All the other five are Rookies."</span></span>
You nod. More than you thought, but fewer than you hoped. You wonder how they all control and command their Digimon. Surely Digivices aren't that common. However, Squid isn't here for you to ask questions, and you don't want to grill Kaus Gammamon too badly on technical details. You shrug and move on.
