Bill Hooke of the Grueller Gang probably looks like this. His plotline would have made the game feel more like the TV series Peaky Blinders or perhaps the violent Scorsese film Gangs Of New York lol. I was quite interested re-watching that film to learn that it depicted a historical era only a few decades apart from Edith Wharton The Age Of Innocence (also a Scorsese film, of a completely different nature).
