I will guess, at minimum, there are 3 other doors with growing strength of the Alohomora charm. We are not suppose to be able to do this by our-self.
The most obvious solution would be just try the handles, technically.
It might be the only one with the charm was the 1st. Unlikely but always try the door before fucking around with any thing else. Always try 0000 or 1111 before anything else with a combination lock. Always find if there is another means of ingress. Even pro lock smiths can struggle with complicated locks or ones with security features.
If you ever need to get either in or out of a room in a hospital facility, 9110 or 0991 or something close are very common codes. Likewise, the quarter and last 2 of the year with either * or #.
