>>5647216>431 Lilac Street Yama had talked with the Doctor. She had asked for some more samples to be taken since he had run off the other day without really telling her that he was gone and she seemed quite upset. After that she took him to his office to go over the results of the Laboratory that had analyzed his samples. The Results she did have were that he was quite likely one of the most survivable creatures on the planet. His regeneration was apparently through the roof and only limited by the amount of Mass he could ingest. His cells could likely be injected into humans however to help them recover from even very traumatic injuries with extreme efficiency and maybe even make them immortal like him without the same transformation that he had undergone.
“But that is not the crazy part… You Sir…. are a Monster. And by the sheer fact that you have not murdered me or gone on a rampage i would guess that you are not a hater of Humanity?” she gathered and looked at him suspiciously. Yama just excused himself somewhat shell shocked by what he had learned. While he had harbored suspicions now, with irrefutable proof, he could no longer overlook the fact that he was so different from humans.
He wandered the streets for a while before slowly returning to the Dojo. The files had been given to him by Dr. Aki.
He was startled into action when he heard gunshots coming from beyond the Dojo and deeper into the woods. Quickly there were panicked screams of pain and death. Dropping everything he held on the steps of the Dojo, uncaring who picked them up or if they might be carried away by the wind, he dashed into the woods to find out what was happening.
While Yama had wandered and Kai had shown the Exterminators and Cleanup crew around the Crews themselves had been hard at work. The Spider construct had been disassembled and prepared for transportation when the first attack happened. The Officers in their heavy gear were near impervious to the Snakes that jumped them from the Treeline but one or two Workers were nearly buried under biting, hissing bodies.
Heavy weaponry could not be used on the unfortunate souls and as such they tried to free the people with bare hands and machetes. That was when the Secons Wave struck. Giant Serpent Men burst from the trees and lowered themselves from the Treetops. Massive Scimitars cut down people where they stood and Fang the size of daggers bit into one officers leg nearly immediately starting to paralyze them.
Some Serpentmen were mowed down or set on fire but the fight was a losing one. without any superhuman support from any heroes as an especially oversized monster emerged from the Trees, roaring for blood and murder.
