Her hands have dug deeper than her blouse, revealing a gaping, gnashing maw of teeth beneath the skin, while the woman begins to tear at her mouth, as well, revealing more and more rows of sharp, gnarled teeth.
"I hunger, Reynauld. WE have hungered." She says, speaking with both her chest and her mouth, while you hear more and more rushing water. Before long, you see them appear all around the woman. The parasites. Long, eel-like black worms, swimming towards you. Their skin is pitch-black, and they hop in and out of the blood, revealing a circular mouth with sharp teeth, biting at the air as they screech.
Even with how low the blood is, these creatures aren't stopped for even a second. There are dozens of these fat, disgusting creatures! Some of them seem to stop swimming, on occasion, instead just sticking themselves to the cave's fleshy walls, taking a chunk out of it before they continue their trek towards you.
