It's still going to be longer than anticipated and some things definitely need to happen and a potential run date is up in the air still. This design is a work in progress and subject to change but expect designs that are at least this good. You should see the re-design he did for Weapon, holy shit he really managed to distill the spirit of the absolute lad. I'm happy that we'll have some really good shit of him to show in time for his character to be fleshed out.
Wait until you see the fucking muties he put out, Jesus Christ. Does anyone here know that one fucked up blue Giraffe snail thing that All Might punched in the anime adaptation? I know there is probably 3/7ths of a person that would know what I'm talking about, but imagine a biological mistake roughly equivalent to that with a disturbing amount detail, while also confusing the boner a little.
