You get this amazing fan art picture I found of a Quake 3 Strogg, because the gauntlet melee weapon in quake 3 looks a bit like a cookie or pizza cutter, and this Strogg gentleman appears to have grafted a similar kitchen utensil onto his limbs. It is a bit like that on-rails section Strogg medical amputation roller coaster ride from the Quake 4 singleplayer campaign. How very useful!
