Tristan is a -minor- noble. Lives in that gated district, apparently visits the Eisenhart manor often with his parents. Yet he's still in the chapel.
I asked around. Church -and- alchemist pay for this place (funding?). Why is a blueblood here then?
Don't matter much I guess. He said his family needs a maid, and Helen is right perfect. He cannot be trusted. Dont like this.
She told me her sister -not blood related but still sister- is having a hard time in the village. They need money. Friend of theirs is sick.
I get it. Dont wanna accept it. Should I? Is that what a hero, a knight would do? Its not right.

There's another blank in the pages. You take a moment to drink the cold tea you brought with you, looking into your home occupied by your Mamonos friends. A quick survey of the remaining material reveals you've gone through most of his memoir.

You've never personally known little Olin; the more you read, the more the sting of his passing wounds you.

I need more than softwood, a sharp knife, and a dream to make a cool paladin figurine. I'll give Helen a better gift another time.
Things are getting exciting in town, militia peeps are making a tournament, will start next month.
I should have written my plan here, but then if someone is reading... ah well. I convinced mom to hire Helen, but things got weird.
Thibault Eisenhart, the son of the baron himself, actually came to our house cause he also wanted the bird maid??? But he also offered my mom a two-week course with a master who'll be staying that long.
So Ill stay there for two weeks. Enough time to convince everyone to bring her with us. Mom needs help with all the herbs and keeping the house clean.
I think Helen would like to learn how to heal people, too.
Iwont bring this book in the mansion. Too big a chance to lose it, it is two weeks anyway.

He's downright enamored. Cute.
The next page is completely blank, so you delicately turn it.

I saw the face of evil, and its name is Thibault Eisenhart.

You nearly give yourself whiplash as you look away from that sentence. The words are written carefully with a darker intensity compared to the more faded colors of Olin throughout his journal. Meaning he wrote by pressing down harder. The page has a deeper imprint.
''Fuuh... Thibault is...?'' Look and read, Rey.
