+Make being a Dreadnought less shitty: let them stay awake between battles, give them organs and tools to interact with the world like mouths to eat and 'dendrites for even more hands for research, holograms to display their old bodily form. Basically all the stuff a very machine like techpriest could do
+Establish such good Dreadnought care that many of our Elites may want to preemptively become Dreadnoughts
